But now what?
Details for networking events, field trips and the reception will be emailed to you by Monday Sept 18th.
Step 1.
Do you have your hotel or housing lined up?
There are numerous hotels in Ithaca. Although our block of rooms expired, you can still get great deals at these hotels.
1. The Hotel Ithaca - Hotel website. Reserve a room from our block rate. Just off the Ithaca Commons in downtown Ithaca. Central to the conference meetup locations and prime dining options.
2. Rodeway Inn - Hotel website. Reserve a room from our block rate. A quick 10-min drive from downtown Ithaca. Perfect for the cost-conscious traveler that wants to be close to parks and a quieter life.
There are numerous other hotel options and don't discount cabins and camping at the parks!

Step 2.
Check-in.
There will be opportunities for you to check in, get your conference badge, and ask any questions.
Arriving Wednesday?
Come to Deep Dive from 5:00-7:00 PM for registration, networking, food and fun!

Check-in will be available from Thursday, Sept 21st, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at The History Center in Tompkins County

Arriving after 5PM Thurs or Fri AM?
Check-in will be available Friday, Sept 22nd, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at The History Center in Tompkins County

Step 3.
Show up for field trips
There are multiple field trip options in each timeslot.
All field trips will meet at The History Center in Tompkins County - Unless otherwise noted.

Join us at Stewart Park, Large Pavilion for the Conference Reception from 5-8 PM on Thursday, September 21
5:00-5:45 PM - Networking
5:45 PM - Blessing by Cayuga Nation Sachem Samuel George, Thank you to the Conference Organizers and information on Dish Truck
6:00-6:30 PM - Dinner and NYSACC Awards
6:30-8:00 PM - Assemblymember Dr. Anna Kelles will give a short presentation on environmental bills and then workshop an idea with attendees from problem recognition through state legislation.
Step 5.
Are you joining us for the boat ride?
The Boat will depart by the Ithaca Farmers Market dock.
Please arrive by 1:00 PM as the boat will leave at 1:15 PM
If you need transportation assistance please let organizers know during check-in or prior to arrival. There is plenty of parking at the market.
